The Colors of Little Saigon’s Asian Garden Mall (Phuoc Loc Tho)

I’ve been going to the Asian Garden Mall (Phuoc Loc Tho) since I was 14. Usually to buy rayon dress shirts for upcoming junior high dances, when Parker Lewis made them ‘famous’. I am very fascinated with the traditional costumes of the Asian culture, and the vietnamese ‘ao dai’ further exemplifies my interest. These make perfect photographic subjects because of the shiny texture from the fabric.

Hi, wut yieu nem!

Jesus found inside the mall. Completely wrapped up in plastic wrap for immaculate delivery.

Besides jewelry shops and fabric stores, you’ll find your dvd/vcd/cd shops selling, usually burned, copies of pop music. The tv’s are constantly playing some variety show with a Vietnamese singer covering some english or chinese song.

Hey dude, did you know that you can get a good deal on boobs too?
